Device Compatibility
Your phone needs two things to use our eSIMs: eSIM support and no carrier lock.
Quick check (30 seconds)
- Any phone: dial *#06#. If you see an EID number, your phone supports eSIM.
- iPhone: Settings → General → About → look for “EID”. Also check Settings → General → About → Carrier Lock: it should say “No SIM restrictions”.
- Samsung: Settings → Connections → SIM manager → look for “Add eSIM”.
- Google Pixel: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → “Add more”.
Compatible devices include
- Apple: iPhone XR, XS and all newer models (iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 series, SE 2020+). Note: iPhones purchased in mainland China, and some from Hong Kong/Macau, do not support eSIM.
- Samsung: Galaxy S20 and newer, Note 20 and newer, Z Flip/Fold series, A54/A55 and newer A-series models (region dependent).
- Google: Pixel 3 and newer (Pixel 3a from some regions excluded).
- Others: recent Huawei P/Mate, Xiaomi 12+, Oppo Find X3+, Motorola Razr and Edge series, and most 2022+ flagships.
Important: phones bought on installment plans from some carriers are locked until fully paid. A locked phone cannot use a travel eSIM — check with your carrier.
