  3. Receive your eSIM by email — within minutes. Your delivery email contains a personal installation link with your QR code and step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Android.
  4. Install before you fly, activate on arrival. Install the eSIM at home on Wi-Fi (takes 2 minutes). When you land, turn on the eSIM line and data roaming — you are connected before you leave the plane.

What happens after your order

  • Immediately: order confirmation email.
  • Within minutes: your eSIM email with the install link and QR code. Check spam if you do not see it.
  • Before your trip: install the eSIM. Keep your main SIM active for calls/SMS if you wish — the eSIM only handles data.
  • On arrival: enable the eSIM and data roaming in your settings. Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to the network.
  • During your trip: we email you when you reach 50% and 80% of your data, with a top-up link.
