• Payment data: processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic store analytics (pages viewed, device type).

How we use it

• To deliver your eSIM by email and provide support.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send service messages about your order. Marketing emails only with your opt-in; unsubscribe anytime.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run our store: Shopify (platform), payment processors, our connectivity provider (to provision your eSIM), Zoho Mail (email), and Make (order automation). We never sell personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal obligations, then deleted.

Your rights

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data anytime at esim@umradata.com. EU/EEA/UK customers have all rights provided by the GDPR, including complaining to a supervisory authority.
