About Umrah Data
Umrah Data is a travel connectivity brand operated by Umrah Data LLC, with a special focus on helping pilgrims stay connected during Umrah.
Our goal is simple: make mobile data easier to prepare before travelling to Saudi Arabia, so pilgrims can use essential apps such as Maps, messaging and ride-hailing without needing to replace their physical SIM on arrival.
What we provide
Umrah Data sells prepaid digital eSIM data plans. Our Saudi Arabia offer is designed around travel to Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah, with plan sizes suited to different trip lengths and usage levels. We also offer destination eSIMs for international travel.
Our eSIMs are delivered electronically. There is no physical product to ship or collect. Customers receive their eSIM details by email and can install the profile on a compatible, carrier-unlocked phone before departure.
How the connectivity works
Umrah Data works with licensed global connectivity providers and their partner mobile networks. We provide the travel eSIM and support experience; the underlying mobile service is carried by licensed network operators.
Plan coverage, supported networks, data allowance, validity and other conditions are shown on the relevant product page. Our travel plans are data-only unless a product page explicitly states otherwise.
Built around the Umrah journey
For an Umrah traveller, connectivity is practical: staying in contact with family or a group, navigating between the hotel and the Haram, using transport apps, accessing travel information and sharing important moments. Our Saudi Arabia product and support content are built around those needs.
Support before and during your trip
If you need help checking device compatibility, installing your eSIM or troubleshooting a connection, our support team is available by email and WhatsApp. Visit our Contact page for current support details.
You can also read our How it works guide, device compatibility guide, FAQ and Refund Policy before purchasing.
Our focus
We aim to provide clear plan information, straightforward digital delivery and practical support. We do not claim to operate the mobile networks ourselves; our role is to make accessing travel data simpler for the journeys we serve.
