FAQ
Do I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. WhatsApp stays linked to your existing number even when using our eSIM for data. Your family reaches you exactly as before.
When does my plan start counting?
Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not at purchase. Buy days or weeks before your trip safely.
Does the eSIM include a phone number?
No, plans are data-only. Use WhatsApp, Telegram, or FaceTime for calls. Your primary SIM can stay active for regular calls/SMS.
Can I share data with my family (hotspot)?
Yes, hotspot/tethering is supported on all our plans.
What speeds do I get?
3G/4G/5G depending on local network coverage. In Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah, 4G/5G coverage is excellent.
What if I run out of data?
We email you at 50% and 80% usage with a top-up link — add data in two clicks without reinstalling anything.
I deleted my eSIM by accident — can I reinstall it?
An installed QR code cannot be scanned again. Contact support immediately and we will help.
My eSIM does not connect on arrival — what do I do?
1) Make sure the eSIM line is ON and Data Roaming is enabled for it. 2) Select the eSIM as your mobile data line. 3) Restart the phone. Still stuck? Email or WhatsApp us — we respond fast, including during Umrah season weekends.
Can I get a refund?
Uninstalled eSIMs: yes, within 30 days. See our Refund Policy.
