Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of eSIM data plans sold by Umrah Data at umradata.com. By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. The service

We sell prepaid travel eSIM data plans for the destinations listed on our store, provided in partnership with licensed global connectivity providers and their partner mobile networks. We are a reseller; the underlying mobile service is operated by licensed carriers.

2. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. No physical product is shipped.

3. Your responsibilities

• Compatibility: confirm your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase.
• Installation: follow the instructions in your delivery email. Each QR code installs only once.
• Accuracy: provide a valid email address at checkout.

4. Plan validity and usage

• Validity starts when the eSIM connects to a supported network at the destination, unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Plans are data-only — no phone number, voice, or SMS unless stated.
• Fair use: plans are for normal personal use. Abuse or illegal use may result in suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

Coverage, speed, and availability depend on local network operators and factors outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes

The version of these Terms published at the time of your order applies to that order.
